  1. That's correct, a balloon payment after lockdown will now work. Though, even extending the repayment period will put too much pressure on already overleveraged households.
    I follow Peter Schiff to some extent. He predicted '08 crash, and he explains that, to this day, many people and businesses are still overleveraged.

    I think the combination of money printing, overleveraged businesses, and unemployment will not be good. That's why, in my humble opinion, I predict think foreclosures starting sometime in 6 to 12 months.

    Hopefully, I'm wrong.

  3. Hello everyone, I’m Active Duty Army 17yrs SFC I am currently in Escrow with Underwriter. I was ask to send my LES for 12 months for rental verification due to I am stationed overseas. Are you seeing any VA loans being effected with the current situation? My potential close date is 21 May 2020.
