Mortgage Rate Update – The Fed Writes a Blank Check





We are seeing much better rates today as The Fed has indicated it will effectively write a blank check to support the U.S. bond market.

  5. Good video, but I’m still super scared. I’m currently in a new build process, expected close is on June 2. I Cannot lock until 60 days before closing (or so I’m told) so I’m worried the rates will go up higher than I can actually afford b4 I can lock in. Sorry for the rant, I’m just worried.
