  13. Deceleration is realtor babble for SHTF. Shiller data / NAR data is manipulated garbage. Look at your local markets list vs sold price for a true market analysis. Bay area California is dropping like a turd in a well

  20. I am looking to buy in north Jersey but home prices keep getting higher… it costs 500k for a simple 2br 2bath starter home. I thought this market would crash last year.. but it looks like it is not happening.. I do not want to wait for 5+ years… are we sure this train could just keep going and I am just left without a house for many many years?

  21. I can’t wait for them to be 15 percent again! I’m waiting patiently. Once hyperinflation starts, they will have no choice but to raise rates.
