  9. The longer interest rates stay low, the more debt will be accumulated. Productivity can't cure this global debt problem now. It's too late for that. Evidently global leaders have a new global capital system to implement once the current one fails or poverty has to be forced upon most of the world's population until excesses in debt accumulation has been paid off.
