  1. I guess when you have payments upon payments upon payments, then you don't have to worry so much about paying the bank to hold your money- cuz there is none, right? The concept of taking out a loan should include a strategy to one day pay it off. I've noticed that a LOT of borrowers never really intend to ever pay off their debts because they never intend to ever live within their means. It's not because they don't understand sound economics, it's because they lack the self discipline to not spend what they don't have yet.

Not sure on how all that works but sounds pretty crazy you're right though people are in debt up to their ass and can't pay for anything but they seem to have everything toys toys luxury luxury but they lose their job and they are screwed big time I guess it's called living beyond your means seems like majority of people do it beats me why

Great advice l have my primary paid off, it took a long time and work, but l wouldn't buy the Cabin until this was paid off, not a week later letters asking if l want a home equity loan, why the fk did l pay it if l would add another monthly payment ? Look when l was younger l went through credit card hell, but that was it, l learned.
    You cant have everything you want. My Fathers lesson.

You're right about the economy in my neighborhood it's sad all the businesses I grew up with that I seen most of my life are going out of business soon as you're gone putting up strip mall 7-Elevens just making everything so sterile boring everything is starting to look the same Everywhere You Go voice text
