How Mortgages And Refinance Negatively Impacted The Black Community

  1. I learned somewhere that a white family with 20k income has access to the same credit as a black family with 100k credit

  2. Sister, I was thinking about this yesterday. The Caucasoids pay less for mansion-size, expensive houses while Black us pay triple to make up the loss of the Caucasians extreme discounts. This is the same for cars. We are charged the most for being Black. We really should file a civil lawsuit for this very reason.

Remember when the country went through recession, and people lost their homes as you mentioned. These people are still living in nice homes despite their credit scores. The banking system is bias and prejudice. Yes, they play the White-race card. As long as they are benefiting from their wicked practices, they play as if all is good. As soon as we speak out against it, they scream. Well, it is time we shake up their nice and cozy system that gives them the pursuit of happiness. We need to start challenging all unfair practices from what our youths are being taught in the education system to the banking system in buying homes and cars.

A Black person who is living next to a White person is paying almost triple for his house. We need to speak out to let them know we are not ignorant as they play us. Black celebrities and athletes are told not to help their own people, and they bow to this oath.

    Thank you for this information.

  3. If we had black banks, we would do things right! I feel nothing!

  4. Thank you for sharing this article! I’ve been on the fence about buying property, and this is one of the reasons why. It was sad to see so many lose their homes in 2008 that I want to make sure I have enough saved up to decrease my chances of being in the same situation. Once I do, I will bring in this article and ask for a lower interest rate.

  5. Sad
