Bank loan Servicer and Paper Pusher





Considering the fact that previous video clip “Adventures in Paper Chasing” …. Bobby in Az… been given a variety of files from his Mortgage loan Bank loan Servicer (identified by inputting the MIN variety of his personal loan into the MERS internet site portal).

Some of these papers he had hardly ever observed ahead of, other individuals ..he has observed, but not with the supplemental annotations these shipped to him have.

As an example … each his “NOTE” and DEED OF Have faith in say “Paid in Full” with out any reference to when this payment in full happened… make sure you retain in brain that Bobby bought his home in 2013… so technically that could have compensated it off..

Having said that.. this Deed of Trust… as despatched to him… has the “Official Record” statement of his County Recorder… and what is on this doc does not match what is identified “On-line” when looking the County Record..

While the Mortgage loan Note has had the “Endorsement” VOIDED…. and a “Allonge to Note” instrument referencing his personal loan included as a doc but not attached to the be aware as mandated by Fannie Mae

Anyway… just two guys talking about home finance loan servicer associated papers and wherever to force them also next.

  1. At about 57:20 mark you point out the number 4335385 with 4/4 all handwritten and to the left of the title of the document DEED OF TRUST and you ask if anyone knows what the number is. That number is within the stamp in the top right corner. OFFICIAL RECORDS OF MARICOPA COUNTY RECORDER HELEN PURCELL. Below that is two lines of numbers, 4335385-23-6-6 is on the last one above the words ELECTRONIC RECORDING. I don't know what they mean other than that is where they also appear but not handwritten and without the 4/4 but with extra numbers 23-6-6.

  2. FDIC has all banks went under 2008 ther were 145. in 2009 there were 150. you can see lot of information bank id and who took over assets But. brokers certificate with all the pass threw …FDIC great place info

  4. If you do further research you will see that MERS has foreclosed on many homes and the lawsuits are all over the country, they have very different endings….many that do not end in favor of the Home Owner….beware

  6. Robb, I have a question that maybe you can hopefully help with. (A topic, I have yet to see spoken about). My friend had some scrap wood bundled up with rope and a few boxes of scrap wood and saw dust. Down a less traveled road off in woods, he dumps the wood and boxes on the side of the road. Amazingly enough, my friend didn't notice that one of the boxes had his address on it. 4 days later a cop sees the address on the box and goes to his house. Shows him the wood/boxes from a picture he had taken on his phone, My friend goes back and collects ALL  the wood/boxes, then the cop gives him 2 separate  $300.00 violation tickets. there is a posted sign near that reads $100.00 for littering. The "Victim", claims to be a "THE CITY OF" in all caps. The cop has his name in both lower and upper case. The cop has my friends name is lower case. the police dept in lower caps is the plaintiff, v the lower case name of my friend. the city nor the cop accrued any $ loss. The charge is littering. $300 for the wood $300 for the 4 small boxes. 2 separate violations. Any thoughts or ideas on how to help him?. since he returned and restored the area to the way it was, costing the city nothing, plus the sign nearby says $100.00. any suggestions would be appreciated. he goes to court I believe in 20 days. that is unfair and unlawful enrichment. $400 of that money would go to police dept, and $200.00 would go to the municipality. thanks.

  9. Robbb,At 56:50 you asked about the number 4335385. I believe that number is shown earlier as an order number preceded by 416- , it references the Title Insurance policy number if memory serves me well with out going back and searching the tape.
