  1. Hey Angelo. What about an outbound cold call for refinance? Scenario: I qualify them on paper before I even reach out to them based on loan balance, current interest rate and LTV… that way I am not wasting my time. Would you sell hard on the first call or simply chat and send them out numbers with the goal of getting commitment on the follow up call? Let me know your thoughts.
