  12. I'm a little confused,  you use the DW to basically pay down lump sum ($18,000) are you also paying your mortgage at the same time? So now you have two payments to pay off, the DW and your mortgage.

I love this information, The only question I have is when you put down such a large sum of money on your mortgage (18k =10 monthly payments) in say January, will I still have a payment due for February? It will only make sense if I only pay one dept at a time! I can't see paying the mortgage and dept Weapons back at the same time!
